Mansi Sharma is a Teaching and Research for Intellectual Pursuit (TRIP) Fellow and Academic tutor in Jindal Institute of Behavioural Science in O. P. Jindal Global University. Her interest areas are majorly towards consumer psychology, consumer behaviour and consumer practices and through her fellowship she would like to research in these areas.
After completing her Graduation in BBA from Kurukshetra University (2015-2018), she did her MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Jindal Global Business School (2018-20) where she developed interest in research. During her MBA she interned with companies like India bulls, ITC fortune and O.P. Jindal Global University for industry exposure and knowledge. Apart form that she has been actively engaged in organisation of cultural events and active member of social service society which enhanced her interpersonal and social skills.
She holds a Ph.D. in Human Development with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has clinical, teaching, research, grant writing and administrative experience. She has worked in diverse work settings – non-profit organizations in both India and United States, and academic institutions in United States and India.
