Pulkit is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director at Jindal Institute of Behavioral Sciences (JIBS), O. P. Jindal Global University. She completed her PhD in Psychology from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT- Delhi). Her doctoral research pertained to classroom based interventions among Indian school students, which saw her engage in research and implementation of programs across diverse school settings. Her core interests lie in the area of well-being and positive youth development, particularly gratitude and character strengths. She has presented as well as published her research at various national and international platforms including the International Positive Psychology Association over the past few years. Pulkit is certified in Positive Psychology (Research, Education and Application in Community Health) from NIMHANS, Bangalore. Prior to joining JGU, she has been engaged in teaching and research assignments  and  has also garnered exposure to the corporate setting during her stint as a Human Resources professional . Pulkit is also serving as a reviewer for Journal of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology ; as well as a Founder and Executive Committee Member of the National Positive Psychology Association.
