Shruti finished her graduation being top of her class and has maintained exceptional academic excellence all throughout her educational path. She has profound knowledge of counselling and human behaviour dynamics, having two years of professional experience as a Counsellor with a reputed firm providing individual and family counselling services.
During her Graduation, she interned with the Dept. of Psychiatry & De-Addiction Centre, Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi. She also interned with the Mrida Group during her Post Graduation where as a trainee in their Corporate Social Responsibility Department, she devised mobilising plans, and conducted several training programmes.
She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Community Psychology from NDA, NIMHANS.
Shruti has presented her research works at numerous National Conferences. One of her research papers titled ‘Attitude Towards Child Labour: An exploratory study in Indian Context’ was nominated in the category of ‘NAOP Best Paper Award’ at 13th Annual Convention of National Academy of Psychology (NAOP).
