I am currently the Assistant Director at Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences at OP Jindal Global University. I have a PhD in Human Development with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. My research interests include the following: Family Studies, Mental Health, Families and Illness, Program Planning and Evaluation, Sexuality, Gender, Race, Culture Diversity, Sexual Violence, Intimacy and Couple Relationships, and Therapy. I have acquired multidisciplinary professional experience, such as teaching, research, counselling and training professionals. I have 10 years' experience in counselling in multiple settings both in India and United States. I have been a researcher for 7 years and have four years of teaching experience teaching experience. In addition, I have acquired a substantial experience in training students and professionals. I have had the privilege of presenting my scholarly work at international conferences, such as 13th United Nations Congress on Crime and Criminal Justice at Doha, 15th World Society of Victimology at Perth, Australia, and Annual Conference of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, North Carolina, United States. I have successfully published two book chapters and articles in renowned journals.
