Jeevan Deep Sehgal has more than eighteen years of  corporate experience in the field of Human Resources. Before joining O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University), he was associated with companies like PeopleStrong, Orange Business Services, 3i Infotech & Alcatel and has extensive exposure in Consulting, Strategic & Operational HR. He has also worked as a visiting faculty for Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) -School of Vocational Education and has volunteered with “Teach India”.


He has completed executive program from XLRI, Jamshedpur and post-graduation from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He is an graduate from University of Delhi in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. Prof. Sehgal  is also certified in People Analytics by University of Pennsylvania. Currently he is pursuing doctoral studies from Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences at O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University).  


His interest areas include Compensation & Benefits, HR Technology, HR Analytics, Diversity & Inclusion, Competency Management and Shared Services.
