Dr. Sehgal is a Ph.D. from Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences at O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). He has also completed an executive program from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and post-graduation from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He is a graduate of the University of Delhi in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. Dr. Sehgal is also certified in People Analytics by the University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University), Dr. Sehgal has worked with companies like PeopleStrong, Orange Business Services, 3i Infotech and Alcatel. He has extensive exposure in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, HR Shared Services, HR Technology, HR Transformation and Change Management, Strategic HR, and HR Consulting. He is currently associated with the office of Human Resources at O.P. Jindal Global University

Teaching Experience
Dr. Sehgal is a faculty member at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences and has been teaching courses like Organizational Development and Management of Change, Compensation Strategies and Employment Laws, Consumer Psychology, The Psychology of Entrepreneurship, and MIS with Excel & Storytelling through PowerPoint. He has worked as a visiting faculty for Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) -School of Vocational Education and taught courses on Performance Management, Recruitment, and Training & Development. He has also volunteered with “Teach India”.
