Being a certified Psychodrama Leadership Practitioner from PIB Zentrum, Germany,  he augments the therapeutic needs in behavioural modification for new normal individuals.Ritesh has been practising TSM (Therapeutic spiral modelling) to help trauma survivors in post traumatic growth. As a mentor and an OD intervention design and delivery specialist, Ritesh helps organisations achieve peak performances while thriving UNCERTAINTY through overall development of their employees.

Ritesh has been awarded the Golden Peacock award (Team capacity) for Learning Excellence. He was also awarded Employee Engagement award. Ritesh is one amongst the few Employability Development Experts in the country with a PhD in Management (HRD). In his longest and The only Original Research of over a recent decade, Ritesh’s research proved to enhance Employability of Professional Degree fresh Graduates from 25% to 82%. He has 23 years of contribution Academic and Corporate consulting spheres. He has successfully developed influential beings and continues to synchronise their inner and outer beings. He has specialised in medical support trainings across all medial, diagnostic and therapeutic areas for MNC’s like Roche, Solvay –Abbott, Wockhardt etc. He has also established department of learning and development for Employability skills at Sharda University. He has varied experience in enhancing personal effectiveness by working on Student’s Self Confidence, Self-Esteem, Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy- The four Pillars of Employability.
