Accommodation and Facilities
Excellent accommodation facilities on campus will be organized for the delegates and student delegates on a single or shared occupancy basis, based on availability. The fourteen housing buildings are situated within walking distance from the academic block, where the symposium sessions will be held. Security and maintenance services are available at each housing facility. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and fitted with basic necessities listed below:
Allocation of rooms will be made on priority basis, based on health, age and medical conditions. Requests may be made for sharing accommodations. Cost rooms have attached bathrooms. The university also has few guest rooms inside the campus where we can house important delegates.
There are separate blocks for male and female students. The accommodation in these blocks follows international norms and the rooms are aesthetically furnished. Hygiene Is an important consideration in these halls. In addition, the campus provides recreational faculties for indoor and outdoor games, and a gymnasium. The surroundings are fully landscaped with lawns, bushes and trees. The first point of contact on any matter relating to housing is the concerned warden of that block.
Every housing block has a common room with TV, Music System, pool table/table- tennis/ billiards table/ foosball table and comfortable seating for the participants to enrich their experience. There are reading rooms in each housing block to facilitate students to study as per their convenient time.
The delegates shall be provided with dual sharing rooms, while student delegates will be given triple or quadruple sharing ones
