Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev P. Sahni is Founder of the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) and Founder and Principal Director of Behaviourial Sciences, Sumona.
He was formerly Principal Director at JIBS and also Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor of O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) and the Member of the Governing Body of the university. As a founding member of the management team, he was instrumental in establishing the university in the year 2009 along with the Vice Chancellor.
He also served as a Professor in the university and as the Director of the Centre for Victimology and Psychological Studies, Centre for Leadership and Change, and Centre for Community Mental Health.

Prof. Dr. Hans-Jürgen Kerner is a Senior Professor and Director at Institute of Criminology, University of Tuebingen.
He has been a visiting professorships in Southampton (England), Beijing (PRC), Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA), Melbourne (Australia) and Cambridge (England). He was also a member of the scientific committee of the European Committee for Crime Problems of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg for five years, representing the Federal Republic of Germany.
He has been a founding member of Research Group 29 “Sociology of Deviance and Social Control” of the International Association for Sociology, Toronto, since 1974.
