Arun Joshi is serving as an Assistant Professor in the domain of Organizational Behaviour at Jindal Institute of Behavioural Science, OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. Before this, he worked with the International School of Business and Media, Pune as an Assistant Professor and Research Chairperson. He is UGC-NET qualified with top rank and recipient of a Junior Research Fellowship. His research areas primarily address the eighth (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and sixteenth (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) United Nations Development Goals, 2030. His current research interests include the orbits of organizational politics, employee experience, HR analytics, technology adoption, job performance, personality, and police. He has presented his work at different national and international conferences. He has published several research articles in indexed academic journals encompassing Personnel Review, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, and The Service Industries Journal.
