Dr. Sushant Bhargava is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Instititue of Behavioural Sciences. He  completed his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in 2022. He has also acquired a B Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the LNM Institute of Information Technology Jaipur. Dr. Bhargava has both industry experience working for three years at the Union Bank of India (a leading public sector bank) at its Mumbai offices and academic experience working for one year at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu. He conducts and publishes research on interdisciplinary and timely topics in Management, such as sustainability, human resource practices, and contemporary issues in flexible working. His other research interests include organizational change management and modern team dynamics.
