Samiksha Das is working as a Senior Research Fellow at the Jindal Institute of Behavioral Sciences. She holds two M.Phil. Degrees, in Psychology (with specialization in Health) & Forensic Psychology. She has co-authored a book on Forensics (currently under review) by the National Human Rights Commission and has worked on a national-level project which was funded by the Bureau of Police Research & Development and executed by the Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurugram.

Her research interest ranges from various domains of Forensic Psychology like Forensic Investigative Tools (Brain Electrical Oscillation Signature Profiling, Polygraph, Layered Voice Analysis, Suspect Detection System), False Memory & Eyewitness Reliability, Micro-expression and deception to various domains of Health Psychology like Psychological factors and physical disease, emotional regulation, management of surgical stress, coping mechanisms. Presently, she is working on rehabilitation and forensic investigative Interviews.
