Sudipt Kumar is a doctoral candidate at the Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where he has submitted his thesis on the topic “Social Intelligence at Work: Study of Non-government Organizations in India”. Sudipt received his bachelor’s degree from the Birla Institute of Technology in Ranchi. He then went on to earn master’s degrees from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, as well as the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai. He has held positions in research at the Centre for Knowledge Societies in New Delhi and the Institute of Rural Management in Anand, Gujarat. Sudipt’s research interests include social intelligence, gainful employment, organizational theory, and management of non-profit organisations.
