 provide
for
 a
 bus
 shuttle
 service
 at
 regular
 intervals
from the
airport
to
the
campus
on
the
 following
 days
‑
 day
 before
 start
 of
 symposium
 and
for
 every
day
of
the
symposium.
The
shuttle
service
will
be
 available
 at
regular
 intervals
from
the
 airport.
 schedule
 to
 be
 determined
 closer
 to
 the
 date
 depending
 on
 the
 arrival
 timings
 of
 the
 delegates.
 Delegates
 will
 be
requested
to
exit
from
Gate
5
of
the
International
Airport
 or
the
 Arrivals
 gate
 at
the
 Domestic
 Airport
 where
 our
 reception
team
will
greet
them
and
escort
them
to their
 vehicle. A
 similar
 shuttle
 service
will
made
 available
 on
the
 last
 day
 of
 the
 conference
 and
 the
 day
 after
 for
 delegates  staying
 on
 campus
 who
 need
 to
 get
 to
 the
 Airport.
Delegates
 leaving
 in
 between
the
 conference
 can
 avail
 the
airport
shuttle
from
campus
to
airport
at
the
end
of
 the
day.
 Intermittent
travel
 arrangements
 can
be
made
 by
delegates
at
the
Symposium
travel
desk.
